Memorial services are an important part of our congregational life. When a homeless person dies on the street, the Church coordinates a memorial service for friends and family. When possible, our ministers reach out to the family of the deceased. Christ Church Cambridge often provides the indoor space for the memorial service. When a homeless person in Cambridge has died or is seriously ill, our ministers make special effort to be available during the week at the shelter and outdoors, and on Sunday at the regularly scheduled activities.
